Position Overview:

Responsible for the Canadiannetwork solutions, customer satisfaction, monitoring platform, develop Canadianprojects, maintenance and documentation of Data networks and commercialsolutions for Corporate Canada team.

Responsibilities

•Identify alternative techsolutions.
7 w7 e6 m( H4 F8 H
•Design tech solutions.
( g/ p7 ~1 u0 V( E
•Design & Documentscenario for demos and tests.

•Support Sales Team duringdemos.

•Support Sales Team duringcustomer visits.

•Execute site survey beforeinstallation.

•May participate in theinstallation stage.

•Prepare technical solutiondocument and customer acceptance.

•Execute the installation asper the tech solution doc.

•Assist in the design oftech solutions.

      Homologates equipment for customers

      Support on new solutions for customers& Consult with Level 3 team for help if required

      Flexible Schedule & Available on-callfor Emergency cases

      Own transportation to visit customers

•     Experience working with ISP (Internet Service Provider)

•     Experience working on VPN layer 2, VPN Layer 3 & MPLS

•     Experience working with Wireless LAN solutions

•     Experience with Data Center & Cloud Solutions

•     Experience working with router, switch and Firewalls. (must)

•     Experience working with Cisco Network Equipment (must)

•     Experience working with carrier platform.

•     High troubleshooting skills.

•     Experience working with sniffers.

Experience:

•     minimum 2 years experience in Telecom or IT related positions.
