0.47一罐的2L葡萄汁? u mean Grape Punch?! I can't imagine this "wine" would taste good  :confused:

p.s. we call lower alcoholized drinks = COOLER.

Actually I did a batch of Welch about 20 years ago, worst drink ever!  I won't call that wine.  But some people do claim that Welch/Concord are OK, may be I'll try it again, 10 or 20 years from now if I'm not dead.    :p

请问lz所说“荣昌行卖一包6毛钱的发酵粉”是什么?是普通发面用的yeast还是wine yeast“酒丸”?
47c/2L 的“葡萄汁”是否应是葡萄味的碳酸饮料吧?

Guess LZ is busy . . . .
1.  是普通发面用的yeast ==> we also call that baker's yeast, leave a little after-taste, but convenient(=can buy it anywhere.  Max possible alcohol % is lower than wine making yeast (max. 17%)

2. 47c/2L 的“葡萄汁”是否应是葡萄味的碳酸饮料吧?I believe it's Grape Punch based on price, many brands.  Small frozen cans of ~355ml, to +water => make 2L punch.  

Welch frozen grape juice is better.  If u goes to US, get the White Concord Grape juice (I believe).  Gives better result.

Good luck and have fun!  In case I make any mistake, feel free to correct me.  Nice summer.

随着发酵过程的发生,酒精生成越多,酵母也就死掉了。它的三大杀手:酒精,温度,低糖。应该让他死掉。正常啤酒生产过程都有前后高温消毒,才可装瓶(留有一定量的糖份,继续无氧分解成酒精和二氧化碳,这样我们一开瓶,才感觉气足)。 我不确定,这样自制的,卫生有没有保障。

Softdrink bottles are good

What u've said is correct!

"卫生有没有保障?" - generally OK, misc . .  .  . .
- alcohol is also a type of "~preservative" (whatever proper term),
- bacteria will form gas and/or strange floatings in alcoholic drink,
- Use your own bottle so u won't be tasting others' saliva(口水)

We winemaker uses Chlorine to thoroughly clean bottles, then use Meta-bisulphite to disinfect prior to bottling.  Both items are available in winemaking supply stores, doesn't cost much.  Look for store in your phone book.

Some local Italians bottle their wine in softdrink bottles.

It doesn't cost much, so go ahead with the experiment.  I did mine with Welch 20 years ago(dry, not LZ's sweet version), didn't like its taste, so whoever is not happy with the result, don't blame me!

If u grow the grapes yourself, $0, except cleaning+disinfection chemicals, may be acid.
