以前国内很方便，自己买了焗油膏，拿到楼下小美发店5，6块钱就做了。

这里做头发还要预约还贵，我想问问有知道哪有卖什么仪器或者电热帽子可以自己在家做得没

国内得电热帽子10块一个，我怕质量不行毕竟是插电得

还请知道得MM说一下

今天查了查，这东西叫hair treatment cap,网上有卖得。平时店里没注意过。看AMAZON上得评价还可以。大概29刀左右一个。找了个BC的美容网站买了个，加运费啥得一共35差不多。

If u don't do it often, it would be simpler just to use HOT TOWELS (wet with hot water).  I used to go to SAUNA ROOM for it, I guess most high rise building has it.  Now, too lazy, ha!!

Lately, I just realized there are dry suna vs. wet suna, what's the difference?

Talking about it, where to buy Henna Powder now?  

Not the expensive small pack, cheap 1 lb bag, ha ha!!  The regular one gives a red tint, someone told me there is some that give BLue tint, is it right?

我头发干枯得从半截都发叉了，我周5那天都差点去全剪了，后来我一个黑人同事说给我买个黑人用得头发带油得喷得东西，后来连我那粗心得老公都看出来了头发干枯。他说给我买个200多那种美发厅得机器在家蒸得当圣诞礼物，我心想省点钱买个帽子算了。。。

我蒸桑拿不行，蒸一次晕一次，热毛巾我嫌麻烦。。湿蒸是水蒸气，干蒸是没水汽吧？我也不知道哎~

指甲草?  I don't know Chinese name for Henna, used to be popular ~20 years ago, believe it's used for centuries.  :p  :p  :p
