Steamed radish balls
食材：白萝卜1个， 广式腊肠2根， 猪肉末200g，玉米淀粉1/4杯，香葱1把，大蒜2瓣，盐适量，胡椒粉适量
Ingredients: 1 white radish, 2 Cantonese sausages, 200g minced pork, 1/4 cup cornstarch, 1 handful green onions, 2 cloves garlic, salt and pepper.
Peel the white radish , grate it into shreds.
Put the shredded radish into a large bowl, add 1 tablespoon of salt, mix well.
Set aside and marinate for 10 minutes.
Dice the sausage, garlic and green onions.
First put the sausage cubes into the wok and fry, then add the minced meat and continue to stir-fry.
Fry the sausage and minced meat until the oil released, add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
Then sprinkle green onions and continue to stir-fry
Season with salt and pepper
Pinch the shredded radish, squeeze out the water and put it into the fried minced pork sausage.
Mix it evenly with chopsticks, add 1/4 cup of cornstarch
Grasp it evenly with hands, and knead it into a shape
Shape into balls of the same size and place them on the plate
Put into the steamer, after the water boils, cover and steam for 15-20 minutes.
The crystal clear radish balls are steamed.
Sprinkle with a little chopped green onion for decoration.
It's soft and glutinous, the radish is fresh and sweet with the flavor of sausage.
