官方说法是：能！
With WIND you are covered coast-to-coast in Canada.  When you are on  our network you can take advantage of our unlimited plans to their  fullest.  When you go outside of our network, don’t worry you’re still  covered! For calls made outside of our network, you only pay 20  cents/min for Canada-wide calling, 15 cents/text and just $1/MB of data  with no long distance charges.

网络上看来的：WIND, Mobilicity 和 Public Mobile all works on 1700/1800, u may even be able to use phones from the other companies that work on same bandwith.  Please do let us know if that's true.

1.可以用，打进打出，每分钟2毛，用rogers网络
2 fongo开价买wind本身就是个笑话

最近chatr推出一个新计划，本地无限接打20刀，跟wind差不多了都，感觉不错

我觉得还是chatr好，出门也方便，不论人在哪个城市，当地电话都是任打的，而且任接无漫游。而且chatr是Rogers旗下的，用的是Rogers的网，信号好

chatr不错，但感觉wind更划算。

WIND is not available in Montreal.  U can subscribe to WIND and 'MAY' get Montreal# but u pay ~'Roaming' at $0.20/min. for both in and out calls.  If u think price is good, check out President Choice Prepaid.  $100/year (v.s WIND ~$70/$80/yr), $0.20/min., but Data add on is better$.  Something about free call forwarding, I don`t understand this.  Check details at http://www.pcmobile.ca/prepaid_plans_features.jsp
