The Year of the Rabbit -- to celebrate this new year, The Confucius Institute in Quebec and Dawson College, in conjunction with the Canadian Association of Oriental Fine Arts presents: The Eternal Rabbit, a concert event featuring Chinese and Asian arts -- music, dance, Beijing opera acrobatics, painting, taiji sword play, traditional poetry recitation and more.

The seventh concert of the Oriented Towards Sound series, this evening-long event will take place at the Dawson College Theater on Saturday, March 19, 2011, at 7:30. As in the very successful previous years, there are many types of arts represented by more than thirty performers, while the creation of a new painting is projected for the audience to watch during the first half of the concert.

The second half of the concert, there are groups performing Jing Ju, Martial Arts, Chinese folk dance, as well as the dancing troup of PAMANA to perform Philippine folkloric dance.
