这种情况可能以后会慢慢改变了。
因为不是说法院裁定MLS要开放了。以后经济可能会提供A LA CARTE的服务。
就是给你上MLS多少钱，开个OPEN HOUSE多少钱，文件多少钱等等。
可能越来越少的人用这种全套服务了。。

报纸上早就登了。不过是不是已经FINAL的裁定就不太清楚了。
这样的确会更合理。现在已经有很多竞争了。象BYTHEOWNDER. 还有２%的proprio direct
过去对卖方来说，你只能接受WHOLE PACKAGE.
报上说以后就因为竞争，慢慢的就会有人提供A LA CARTE的服务了。可能整个演变过程比较缓慢。

终结不可能，就像Amazon的诞生没有让传统商业消亡一样。但肯定会有较大影响。

估计有一半以上的地产经纪将无法生存而改行。但对大牌经纪不会有很大影响。因为总还是有人会委托经纪卖房的，虽然委卖的房子少了，但由于经纪数量也少了，所以，能存活于市场上的经纪可能生意会更好。

买卖房屋毕竟不像到超市购物那么简单，其中涉及的法律问题很多。如果没有了地产经纪这个中间环节，律师或公证师的生意肯定会更好。所以，赶快让咱们的第二代学习法律以后当律师或公证师吧。任何一个法律的制定或改变都会催生新的机会，看谁能把握机会了。

其实老外也一样，涉及到利益的问题很少有代理讲良心，他们的目标是一致的，最短的时间最高的价钱。然后拿钱走人。

推荐一个老外的网站，讲了好多买卖房屋的知识，也讲了代理的素质

大家用代理一定要小心，另外就是自己懂得房产和交易知识，法律知识，越多就越会保护自己，代理也会有所收敛。千万不能听他们的一面之词。
