when you purchase manufactured product, look on your bill, there is a sales tax charge of priceX5%X7.5% as Quebec sales tax.
company has input output credit and receives refunds monthly, quarterly or yearly.
individual receives tax refund after yearly tax return, if you checked the GST/QST refund on the form.
