我上周去了一个我家附近的 Good Food Box 分发点, 支付了$7。 今天下午二时，回去分发点，拿了我的小盒子（ 1人分的）。他们送给我 一个IGA超市的        环保袋, 将蔬菜和水果带回家, 下一次重复使用 。
1个 莴苣 (Romain Lettuce)，
1个 芹菜 (Celery)，
1个 菜花 (Cauliflower)，
2磅 胡萝卜(Carrots)，
1个 青椒 (Green Pepper)，
1个 小小的        ~萝卜 (Rutabaga)，
两个 西红柿 (Tomato)，
1个  梨 (Packham's Pear)，
3个 橙子 (Organges)，
6个 黑色李子 (Black Plums)

不太肯定，2人分的中型盒子($10), 除了上面的, 加以下额外的：
3个 桃子 (Peaches, 没有黑李子)，
一捆 大葱 (Green onion)
1个 花椰菜 (Broccoli)
1捆 意大利欧芹 (Italian Parsley)

Inside my box (red box for Small($7/1), blue box for Medium($10/2), Grey Box for Big($16/4+))  there is 1 page of this Good Food News:

- One side is French, other side English;
- GBF News : 2 more Pick up points added this week
- 40% blah blah on Cauliflower, how great it is :p ;
- 40% on a recipe on Romaine Salad with Blue Cheese (don't think u guys are interested )

Next order deadline July 16th, delivery July 21/22/23 pending on your Pick Up Point.

I am interested in this Good Food Box program as there is not much vegetable stores around my home.  Vegetable is quite expensive for me.  I envy those of u who can go to Sami, Espersito, where-ever else . . . . .

Furthermore, it's not easy to buy vegetable for 2.  There's no problem in Summer time, but hauling vegetable home in Winter time is a killer.  That is IF I can haul them home before they turn Popsicle (冬天，菜菜会在回家的路上变成冰棒的。 .)

We are starting out with Small Box for 1 to try, most likely will continue and change into Medium Box for 2 in Winter Time.

我的冰箱有1个半生菜，没有什么其他菜菜。现在的过剩生菜 。 。 。 。 。 。 做个多菜的水煮牛肉，哈哈！
       
在2周后再写我的蔬果，你们可以教我烹调, 要中式的！:cool:

有同学问 Organic Vegetable:

1.  我不卖东西的;
2.  This Good Food Box program does not mention Organic.         我昨日拿的蔬果质量非常好, 没有说是否 organic;
3.  I suspect u can buy identical stuffs at Sami at LOWER price, but worse quality.

The few Organic Vegetable "programSS" that I've read were:
1.  too expensive for me,
2.  run in Summer only,
3.  most of them ask for $ for the complete season.   It's a bite late now, not sure if u can still join right now.

I no longer have those info.  A good place to start is the ~7th floor on Concordia( ~cafeteria place)  Those programs also went to big companies like ~Er-ri-son.

嘿嘿，美女，自备锅底可以选择重庆锅底，不过感觉买来的重庆锅底都好膻，可能是牛油味儿吧，反正很麻辣。具体名字我记得秋霞好像是不错的呢。还有就是鲜香一点的，小肥羊的锅底，我也蛮喜欢的，不过不够辣，但是香味绝对不错哦。

等秋天苹果收获了，如果我没把我家苹果树给修建坏能长到收获的时候，请你来我家玩咯。

我看了你买的那个7块的单子，就觉得头好大，这么多东西哦，而且我主食吃的不多，主要是零食当家的。估计真的太难对付啦
