请问当时你打电话时怎么和他们说的，是说你听说他们有promotion还是什么，我觉得会不会是和你怎么说的还有接电话的人有关系呢？谢谢，请告知，我也是bell的用户，想给他们打电话。

我的住宅电话一直是22.74加税（19.28residence+0.19的911municipalcharge+0.47的911emergency+2.8touchtone service），我当时申请时就说要的是basicplan，就得到这些，不会他们乱给我加了什么吧，那个touchtone是必须的吗？

打那个电话, 问他们你有朋友只付 14.31,你可不可以有这个价. 他们会问你現在用他们的什么服务.
如果你只用basic phone, 就可以減 $5. (你的 22.74 - 5=17.74 + tax) 多一个服务多減$5.

There is a big catch: 你要簽一年合同, 才可以在头六个月每月減$5. 後六个月回原价.
或者簽兩年合同, 则第一年每月減$5(17.74). 第二年回原价(22.74).

电话费用不一样的一个原因是每个区的 Municipal Charge 和 911 charge 不一樣.
在同一个municipal 应该是一樣的.

想再确认一下你的internet是不是用的也是bell的？是不是像LZ说的要签一年或2年的合同？

谢谢LZ, 今天我打电话, 确认了有这些promotion, 一年合同, 电话及internet共55$,还把30GB upgrade 到60GB.

电话费用不一样 based on time of enrollment, not municipal.  One of my friend's old Bell telephone is still $19.99+tax.  We used to pay same amount, switched to another company.  When we switch back to Bell, it went up $X.

Bell will tell u YES(=是必须).  In reality, NO!  There's no way on earth Bell will agree to take that out, unless u're an old customer like my friend.

Thanks to 121606!!  I was going to write about follow, u  said it much better than me.

Don't really know the exact terms Bell used.  Call 514-310-Bell, when the stupid Emily(taped voice starts) say CANCELLATION", then u will be transfer to Loyalty Department.  Then they'll start with the contract that 121606 written below.  Insist that u don't want any contract, see if u can get following:

Supplements:
1.  Option in no contract: $25 credit upfront, -$5/month for 3 months.  
The above didn't make sense, but it did exist.  I've got it.  Time to practice your negotiation skills!  
p.s with the $13.41+T that summer68(=LZ) mentioned, Bell may have revised their promotion/retention offers.

2.  A bigger catch:  U need to give them 30 days notice whenever u want to leave Bell.  
I can't quite figure out the above, e.g. if I switch to Primus, Primus will not give Bell the 30 days notice that's required for my account.  Well, for myself, I'm prepared to pay Bell 1 extra month when I got my credit+discounts.

3.  Another minor catch:  My basic line went from $19.28 to $19.95, as that was the Bell going rate for basic line when I got my credit.  (there's still the 911+++=>$2X.XX+T)

刚刚给bell打电话， 先向我推荐他们的电视和网络，我说不要；然后推荐有合同的电话服务，我说不要；然后就给我了25刀upfront，3个月免5块钱的无合同的那个了。感觉那个agent非常好，也负责，还和我强调他除了给我这些credit没有变动其他任何东西，我应该在下个月的账单看到变化，另外给了我他的名字，agent id 和ticket number。
