请帮忙推荐好区,能近地铁和学校及公园的.生活交通便利的地方.我现在也好留意了,以防万一.

和这里的警察没有什么接触,但听到的讯息就是,他们除了会开罚单以外,就是去喝咖啡了。

put some rugs on the floor when your kid plays or runs. take photos of this, to show your good faith.
if your kid goes to daycare, prove that he must go to bed before a certain time. so there is no noise after that time.
tell that your neighbors are oversensitive, when you go to the toilets, they knock at your floor. you have no any enjoyment of your apart. you acts like a thief, and you treat your kid like a prisoner.

if they knock at your door or floor so many times, perhaps it's your turn to sue them before la régie du logement. it's not expensive.

if decide to leave, the best way is to sublet your apart, if your lessor don't want to give your resiliation.

This, although cannot be regarded as a solid argument to support the main point of the lessee (inconvénients normaux et l'obligation de se conduire correctement et normalement), at least can influence the judge in favor of the lessee, as a result, miser la crédibilité de son prochain au dessous.

已给房东发了邮件要求修理,房东也将处理.但是对于所谓的"噪音",我好象蛮被动,今天接到房东公司的来信,大意是如果噪音继续影响到别人的休息,将会停止与我签的租房合同.我在朋友们的帮助下也给其回了信,语气婉转但也不理亏的把事实真相描述了一遍.虽说朋友安慰没啥事,但心里总是觉得郁闷.楼下的若仍然纠缠不清的话,真想把他们"油炸"了.:p

租户协会是保护租户的组织,而房租委员会是保护房东和租户双方的。

你的房东说的停止合同应该是指合同到期后不续约。而驱逐是指在合同没到期就发生的。 你这种情况也很难构成不续约的理由,房东会在合同到期前3-6个月给你发信(notice),表明续约与否的意向,你若不同意,就应尽快到租房委员会去表明你的意思,由租房委员会决定。一般原则是,租客有权继续租用房屋。

你收到的信是关于续约的notice 么?
