Depends on the sound (You should know, noise is very difficult to diagnose if you do hear directly).
I think they come from
1. Power steering pump. -Check the fluid level first, if lower, add some. If pump need fix, it need $100 for a rebuilt one plus labor to install.
2. CV joint. Find a big place, turn your wheel to the end, slowly drive the car, if it makes noise like "dadada" in this sharp turn, you need replace it. $60 with labor.
