I bought a RCA CTN501 and PCI HDTV card from eBay, and now I can watch 13 channels. Only 1 is French, the rest are English.

Scenes are quite cystal.

Now I get 2.1, 6.1, 33.1, 33.2, 33.3, 33.4, 57.1, 57.2, 57.3, 57.3, 35.1, 3.1, and 3.2, total 12 channels. 4 HD and the rest ED.
