好主意，人不在多，只要是组织起来了同时对中国房东有帮助，自然就有更多的人加入。活动的同时也可以交流一下个别的房客（西人/中国人）恶劣形迹。使得这种人在这里没有市场，有事就来个通知。

Dear you all: I share your opinions.I went to Rental Board twice. I found two things: 1. the lawyer in rental board hardly speak English. When we had a hearing, my tenant was so barbarian, both of them spoke French, I was completely lost. I feel strong the language discrimination and racial discrimination. I guess once you go there will feel the same. 2. the local French live on welfare they are not afraid of rental board. Their doctrine is : I am the bummer, I am afraid of nobody. Each time I collect rent, she insults: **** your chinese, swine, etc. dirty slang.So I bring a tape recorder.
My suggestion is: we can have our own website. Any one has question or problem will post, we will find a way together. All of us will face the problem is reparing. The local guys charge a lot, an hour $10O,if in our organization some one can do part of the work, that would be appreciated. Of course we may have a routine reunion.
