There are special equipment for professional, if u only do it once in a while . . .

Get the piping bag and "tubes"(star/? shape). . the one that they sell for piping cream on cake for decoration. Just hold the 肠衣 at the tube. Believe Dollar store sell them.

If u are making big quantity and have a funnel at home, put funnel through a plastic bag, dump the meat mixture into the bag. Put 肠衣 at end of funnel, squeeze the plastic bag, wa la!!

不好意思，今天刚看到。

我是在cote-vertu一出站，对面provigo超市的旁边，一个越南人开的名字是“湄江”的店里买的肠衣。2.5$,一小袋。一共两条肠衣，估计可以灌8～10磅左右的肉馅。

这星期merto超市的肉馅0。99，大家抓紧。

对了，再教大家一个简便的灌肠方法。我是在一元店里买的那种做饭用大吸管，把后面的皮球摘掉，把前面的塑料管剪掉一半，形成一个小筒，特别方便套上肠衣，灌起来也特别方便。可乐瓶嘴相对有点大，不好套肠衣，并且肠衣容易叠在一起。

哈，望大家早日吃上自己做的香肠。
