[电脑] help: How can I input Chinese?

Hey,
I can't type in chinese, so it is difficult to communicate with my famely.
I am windows98(english), i had Cstar,but cannot type in chinese, i have download the Microsoft globe IME 5.02, but still cannot import in chinese.

I was so bothered about these.

Help me :eek:

Before you find the chinese version or a chinese input tool, try the freemail service:www.joymail.com

With this service you can input and read chinese. Good luck!
