Hi, Eversun:
I can not find the driver for Win2k in the website you said, I installed the driver but no good. Actually I do not know which one is the driver, there is an applicaion named Setup, I double clicked it and followed the step but found there is no good for this camera.
By the way, could you please tell me the software which can detect the band of the hardware?
I know there is a shop in ATWATER metro staion named "Compsmart" which sells these two kinds of product.They are cheaper but be noted the driver's problem for Win2K.  I really think Win2K is much faster than Win98. WinXP might be better but get no chance to try it.

如果VideoCAM用的不是同一处理芯片，那就没用了。嗬嗬！

属性页各项参数说明

亮度(Brightness) & 对比度(Contrast) & 灰度(Hue) & 饱和度(Saturation) & 珈玛(Gamma) &逆光(BackLight):
分别调节这些参数，可以分别改变图像的亮度、对比度、灰度、饱和度、珈玛及逆光效果等。

白平衡(White Balance):
‘0’表示关闭自动白平衡功能；‘1’表示开启自动白平衡功能。

彩色控制(ColorEnable):
选中时为彩色图像；不选中时为黑白图像。

防闪烁(Anti Flicker):
使用这个选项，您可以消除视频图像中的闪烁现象。
如果你在的地区使用50HZ电源，请选择'50HZ'，如果你在的地区使用60HZ电源，请选择'60HZ'，
如果你的摄像头对准室外，请选择'Outdoor'

带宽(Bandwidth):
选择此选项，您可以设置USB带宽,共六级:
1(Slowest):30%,2(Slow):40%,3(Middle):50%,4(Fast):60%,5(Faster):70%,6(Fastest):76%

曝光(Exposure):
选择此选项，您可以设置自动或手动曝光。

镜像(Mirror):
选择此选项，您可以将图像进行镜像处理。

倒立(Vertical):
选择此选项，您可以将图像进行倒立处理。

安装
=============
第一次安装驱动程序的安装步骤
1.确认您的机器从未安装过我们的驱动程序。如果有，请参见更新驱动程序步骤。
2.将摄像头的USB插头插入计算机的USB插座里，您会发现系统会自动找到一新设备，并弹出一“添加
新硬件向导”的对话框。
3.根据系统的提示并插入包含驱动程序的软盘或光盘，您将一步一步按提示完成安装。

更新驱动程序步骤
1.关闭所有运行中的应用程序。
2.将摄像头的USB插头插入计算机的USB插座里
3.打开“设备管理器”并选择"todayphone USB PC Camera",然后双击它。
4.选择“驱动程序”页，单击“升级驱动程序...”按钮, 系统将运行“升级设备驱动程序向导”。
5.根据系统的提示并插入包含驱动程序的软盘或光盘，您将一步一步按提示完成安装。

卸载Windows2000
=============================
1. 从Windows2000目录下的子目录\Inf中删除掉oem1.inf和oem1.pnf文件。
  (在删除前请双击oem1.inf文件,查看是否是todayphone USB PC Camera的Inf文件,如果不是，请查看oem2.inf,
   以此类推，直到找到是todayphone USB PC Camera的Inf文件，再将其删除掉。)
2. 打开“设备管理器”并选择"todayphone USB PC Camera".
3. 选择“卸载”按钮，系统将自动删除驱动程序。

卸载Windows98 或 Windows ME
============================================
1.从Windows目录下的子目录\Inf\other中删除掉todayphonecusbcam.inf文件。
2.打开 "系统属性" -> "设备管理器" -> "Image Device"
3.选择"todayphone USB PC Camera", 然后选择“删除”按钮.
4.如果您想重新安装摄像头的驱动程序, 您需要单击"刷新"按钮,然后
根据系统的提示并插入包含驱动程序的软盘或光盘，您将一步一步按提示完成安装。

Would you please recommend me a Win2K driver for the VedioCAM even I know that you will not offer the whole software for it. I only need a driver which can enable me to use it in Win2K through Netmeeting.

如果都是USB接口，那么安装的差别不大。启示选购摄像头主要看的是感光器的的材料、可以达到的分辨率、每秒捕捉的祯数和象素的多少。比较好的摄像头采用CCD感光材料、分辨率可达到640x480、低分辨率下可以达到30祯/秒，象素在30万以上，如35万和37万。

BTW，这里的电脑市场让我非常非常非常非常非常的不满意。
