I forget the Chinese name of the HK telecompany which I mentioned in my previous message. However, for me, if there is any teleservice sales, I would kindly make clear what kind of telecompany they are. If it is an HK company, I would definitely say no. Of fourse, never give any pre-authorization of the payment to any organizations. As your last protection, you can refuse the payment.

i used try a card, they said i can call to china for 90min with 5 CAD, but , they will take 2 dollars as connection fee. :confused:

很多电话卡打到中国时间都很长,建议大家用电话卡.
电话卡里面比CICI打往中国时间长得多的有都是,而且很多现在都是7折.

我去多伦多每次都买很多电话卡，都是便宜30%，通话时间比CICI多得多，样式品种也很多，质量也不错。建议去多伦多多带点。
在Montreal的china town买到过7折的电话卡，叫什么名字忘记了，是中文的电话卡，也不错用起来。
