My Parents in law got B2 visa in Quebec city.

- a( Y: d  e& P1 f, }. v6 KSuggest you guys go to Quebec city or Ottawa for the visitor visa. Of couse, there is refuse cases in these cities too, but you realy get more chance than Montreal.

I'd like to know more. The visa officer in montreal told me that if the visitor has got a visa to US before, they are more than happy to give him/her here in montreal again.But if it is the first time for a visitor to apply for US visa, then it is not a good idea according to her.

Why you guys did the US visa here?! My mom gets it in China. It's pretty easy! The officer only ask my mom two questions by Chinese:
1. Is he (me) your son?
4 l# Q! e) u' Z  w$ o. k5 b% K2. Do your have something about your son's situation in Canada?
Only this two questions, and the officer only need copy of my PR Card. That's it. No more questions and no more paper work.
My mom got one year B1/B2 Multiple Entry of US Visa. It's even better than Canada's Visa.
So I strongly suggest you did it  for your parents in China.
