Please excuse me that I can't input chinese, but i'll try my best to explain everything in english.

1) I have received the CSQ in Janurary this year.
2) I'm currently working in ottawa, it is a permanent job.
3) I used to be studying at McGill, graduated earlier this year, then i got the job, and applied work permit with my post graduation program. However, the work permit only lasts for one year, which means that it will be expired in next Janurary.

My question is do you think i'm eligable for applying the work permit? Can you explain a little bit more on how to do that? or could you point me to the source information?

Any help will be deeply appreciated.

基本上如果你是在等境內移民的話
不管你有沒有雇主   你csq拿到的話就可以申請工簽或轉換公籤
但我不清楚你人在不在魁省會不會有有影響
理論上不會  因為cic發工簽給你不限定你人在哪裡
你最好自己打電話去cic問一下
因為我不知道原本就是持有工簽的人是不是就直接續簽
理論上沒道理不續  你csq都拿到了
因為我當初visitor visa都轉了

理由那欄寫上
waiting for the immigration processing within canada
以及你的檔案號(你連邦之前收到前面的信  右上角有你的client no.)
不需要另外附什麼東西  除了什麼護照影本等等的
你有雇主就一併寫上吧
寫上你的檔案號   他們查就知道了

aip信是你的dm前最後會收到一封從聯邦發出的信
告訴你一切都ok  或是也有可能叫你補資料      
然後網上變成dm    然後等面試信

But my confusion is that what is the "domestic immigration" thing? i don't know if my case falls into this category or not. I applied CSQ in Quebec, now it's processed in Buffalo. I already had my medical exam, now waiting for the final decision. Do you think I can go ahead apply for this work permit extension?? and if possible could you please let me know what number i should call to find out more information?

理論上沒理由不給你續簽
因為你都已經快到最後階段了
你現在續簽你的簽證加上你又有雇主
是合法延續你在加拿大的身分
你反正還有半年
現在就先問
打cic
1-888-242-2100
先按英文服務(1的樣子)
然後按0  他會直接轉專人

我看不出來有什麼理由不給你簽證續簽
因為在最後身分拿到之前
他們都需要給你合法簽證續簽
你要是家庭團聚移民就更不可能不給你了
你csq都有了

要早點寄   現在寄
不要拖到快過期再寄

同志, 要拿到工作签证, 你要先在加拿大HR 那里得到approve说没有别的加拿大人可以做你这份工作,然后你要申请CAQ,不过你不在QUebec应该不需要. 然后再申请联邦的工作签证,复杂的很.我就是这么申请过来的,少一个他们都不会给你的,主要是HR的approval.

人家不是说清楚了他的情况了吗? 你怎么还把自己的情况往别人身上套? 也不说清楚你是团聚移民,你和他的情况完全是2种不同的情况好不好, 老大. 不要耽误了别人,让别人莫名其妙黑了.

再好也比在這裡你這樣什麼辦法也沒說清楚   還指責別人耽誤時間

只靠在這裡問人家經驗是最不實際的

你是在留学生身份等移民的时候得到offer是么？那在公司面试的时候你是怎么说服人家来帮你去HR Canada办这个工签呢？一般公司都是希望有身份的啦。
