呵呵, 我一早起来正打算发个帖，通知breeze下周Loblaws有特价的里脊肉3.99/lb 呢！没想到给你抢先一步，昨天就已经发布了... Anyway, thanks!

上周偶途经downtown的m店,顺道买了点水果,都是外表看起来光鲜,里面干如棉絮,搞的偶极其不爽,只好扔掉,让偶又想起了小时候学的卖柑者言,偶还是比较喜欢loblaws,象这周的北极虾很便宜,玉米也是便宜有好吃,偶两天就消耗了12棒!

Don't stock up too much, for:

1.  Protein/nutrients in meat start to deteriate overtime in freezer,
2.  $3.99/lb has been "special" prices so often lately, ~at least once a month,
3.  Believe I've seen it @$2.99, may be Volant and other friends here can help to confirm.  Happy cooking!

今天去靠近Namur那里的WAL*MART，发现里面现在正好有卖Cooked Shrimp Ring CAD2.96。想吃虾的可以去那里买。

这虾（已经去壳，只剩尾巴一点壳）可以当刺生吃或烧汤。我一盒下肚吃得好饱啊。

The answer is that It's just 里脊肉, and can be sliced as Filet and shred.

Most people like to eat meat everyday, right? And it is one of the easiest way to stir-fry it with vegetable.

As to the taste, you can put the salt, soy, spice, sugar, MSG or anything else as you like.

You are over the 高手, ok? You are ranking the first place if you want, but please show sth special for the rest of us.

What about make a dinner for us?

Super C这个周末还有$0.99的蘑菇，另外新鲜的蛋糕$3.99（好像比6寸小，应该是4寸的吧）味道还不错。玉米12个1.99
