Sounds like a RPC issue (caused by a worm, I forgot the name)

1. Make sure you have the latest virus definition file.
2. Scan all files in all hard drives. Clean the virus. Delete the files if necessary.
3. If you have antispyware software, scan all files in all drives.
4. Go to WindowsUpdate and update all patches.
5. Update to WinXP SP2 (if you are using XP)

If all fails, backup all ur important files. Format and reinstall Windows.

不是那个问题呀,她的机器我看过了可以说是问题多多,软件问题,BIOS也是默认可以排除了,基本是硬件问题了,首先是她的硬盘损坏了更换了新的,我帮她分了区格式化安装XPSP2,安装期间自动重起多次,让我摸不到头绪,多次询问她的机器曾经摔过,尤其是电池供电部分,你要是能修帮帮她吧

一直自动重起啊,你上次遇到了吗,xp安装之前就频繁重起,之后更频繁装个qq也是如此从7点一直到11点无数便,病毒也没问题,机器摔过不能不叫人有所估计,现在估计也可能是三星的散热做的不好,cpu断电保护导致的,我也想知道到底是什么原因导致的

请问能恢复.chk文件吗,我的移动硬盘200g不小心自己踢了一脚其中fat32分区文件丢失7g(来自不同的文件夹里,文件夹名称也丢失),实际不是丢失还在硬盘上但无法显示不知道是具体什么文件用磁盘检测找到得到文件夹found0000是xp隐藏的受保护的系统文件,其中发现丢失的文件都是.chk文件,但是不是原来的命名,其中有些文件,知道具体类型通过更改文件后缀的目的可以识别如电影.avi.rm.asf.wmv.其他的根据大小也无法识别是什么类型的文件,之后用winhex16进制的编辑器打开文件帮我识别了一些.zip. Rar文件,但还有许多文件无法识别请教有什么解决的办法或有什么内能识别文件类型的工具吗
