The original recipe was invented to use up left over chicken, could be baked or poached(in water), if u like steaming is fine too.
生菜 - I have never have chicken salad in resturant, but normally if it is not Romaine lectuce, it would be iceberg(sweeter/clean taste).
沙拉酱 - since u like 无涤的推荐, stay with it then. Mainly 3 big categories Mayonaise(more sour)/Miracle Whip (sweeter) or regular salad dressing (mainly oil and vinegar based)
"我还不知道用哪种沙拉酱,买错好几次了,味道都很怪,只好扔掉" - don't, from now on go to Intermarche, Loblaw or Maxi and buy " resident Choice" or "San Nom" brands, there is taste guarantee, bring the bill with the unfinished product back to the store, they will give u money back. (quality of President Choice is better than San Nom, but their Mayonaise is saltier than other popular brand).
Enjoy your salad! In case u use Mayonaise, don't leave your sandwich or salad out(in room temp.) for too long, bacterias grow fast. |
