这些食物的特点: high in micronutrients (vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients) instead of macronutrients (fats, carbs, proteins)

May be take out Turkey?!?

We havn't heard anything bad about it, but it doesn't mean it is safe . . . all farm rasied animal in North America are feed hormone, antibiotic, and god know what.

I used to eat Brown rice for its nutrient . . . but now they are talking about pesticide :frown: .

Side track a bite: stay away from ground beef and cow bone, apparently they are still using cattle parts to feed cattles in Canada, mad cow disease is not finished yet!

除了火鸡,和菠菜。其他我都吃的多。就是为了活的长~嘿嘿:d

我也看了个类似的节目,所以今天特地买了一大盒酸奶。

据说牛奶没有酸奶好。怪不得猫猫也该吃。:d
