请教关于T2125和TP80-V里面的Business Name

关于T2125和TP80-V里面的Business Name不知道怎么填写，发帖请教。
业务时间接了点活，今年拿到的是T4A和RL1，写的是business income，请问在填写T2125和TP80-V时，Business Name是写公司名字还是自己的名字？

If it is self-employed, you can use your name or any other name without Inc. If it is a company, you have to use the registered company name.
