蛋白粉就是药,区别自然健身和药物健身除了是否吃肌酸外,蛋白粉也算。蛋白粉也具有药物依赖性,吃上就别想戒还不算药?

用drug有点夸张了吧,我知道吃蛋白粉健身的朋友很多,也不想再争论什么,只是想表达一种思想,我们健身的目的是什么,是一味的追求肌肉维度,还是一种坚持的精神。健身这么多年身边周围见过很多人,不去刻苦锻炼,而是整天研究怎么吃蛋白粉,和肌酸。最后要么还是没效果。要么肌肉类型很不好看,没有拉丝效果没线条。让我大失所望,所以我坚持自己的健身之道,健身对我来说是一种信仰一种习惯。也许争论是否吃蛋白粉确实没有意义,每个人都有选择的自由,没有好坏。在这里还是和健身的朋友一起共勉吧。

Phew! What a relief.
Protein powder is not a drug after all.

I have never heard of,
or read about protein powder being a drug or addictive.

Protein powder is considered as "supplement", not drug, not medication.
It is a legitimate supplement.

People taking supplements to help with bodybuilding is perfectly normal.
In order to achievce good results, there are many factors to consider,
for exemples, training methods, exercise techniques, frequency of training,
proper balance of training and recuperation periods, training approaches according to body types, nutrition.
Supplements can help with the area of nutrition.

Just because some people overly rely on one factor of training but neglect the other factors of training,
doesn't mean that the factor itself has problem.

In your exemple, it is not the protein powder that is the problem,
it is the person who is the problem.

Take tennis for exemple.
There are all sorts fancy high tech equipments for the players to improve their games.
If the players only rely on super-responsive tennis racquets but neglect on practice,
their games won't improve either.

Do you blame the equipment or the player?

既然你非要争论的话,我只能说蛋白粉确实不是啥好东西,没经过调查。但是都是身边周围吃过蛋白粉的人说的亲身经历,
1、蛋白粉会破坏消化系统,长期使用蛋白粉会对蛋白粉造成一定的依赖,甚至会影响正常饮食
2、蛋白粉无法控制好量,过量摄入会对肾造成很大压力
3、蛋白粉毕竟不是天然食物,是人工制成的,里面到底有什么谁也不能确定
4、吃蛋白粉的人,肌肉线条不清晰,很容易练成块很大但没有棱角线条。
以上都是健身吃过蛋白粉的人亲身经历所述,也是我亲眼所见。

这就像饮食一样,大家都喜欢纯天然的食品,而打过大量农药或者转基因的给你吃你愿意吗。

我坚持我的观点,蛋白粉就是类似药的东西,确实不好,但是每个人有自己的选择,并不一定就是错的。既然你愿意争论,那我就告诉你,我认为蛋白粉就是不好,还what a relief 可笑

我还算是一个比较低调的人,既然说到这,那我也来献献丑。曾经为了证明自己的实力,2011年8月在国内考取了
国家认证私人教练证书,终身制。我考证书不是为了从事私人教练职业,而是为了一,证明自己的实力,二,想系统的
学习一下健身和营养学方面的理论知识,看看这几年从别人那学到的哪些是对的,哪些是错的。多少退役运动员和教练
想考都没过,都很羡慕说我考完了不用都浪费了。可我真的不是为了干健身教练才考的。
我是一个C++程序员,还是团队的研发主管。我有自己喜欢的工作。健身是生活的一部分而不是工作。

考试分三项:
1、体能,比较简单,初级40个俯卧撑,休息5分钟马上接60个深蹲,中高级,马上接10~20个引体向上
2、实操,自由器械的使用和保护,组合器械的使用和保护,伸展运动的辅助和保护,有氧运动包括跑步机,脚踏车椭圆仪等
的使用。
3、笔试理论知识,营养学,解刨学,生物学等部分和健身相关的知识。

在学习理论知识的时候我就从没听说过有蛋白粉这回事。

从这位同学给我举得几个例子来看,我都怀疑你是否去健身房锻炼过,还给我举工具和使用者的关系,
你先搞清楚,蛋白粉是往嘴里吃的,球拍是拿在手里玩的。你往嘴里放之前你得先搞清楚放的是什么吧。

还工具和使用者谁的问题,我都觉得一、你根本不懂健身是什么,二,你逻辑思维混乱

If you believe that protein powder is bad, then it is just your opinion.
Of course you are entitled to your own opinions,
but it doesn't mean that your opinions are facts or true.

There are many types of protein powder.
Some of the most popular ingredients are whey, casein, egg, soy, among others.
Both whey and casein come from milk.
Whey is a liquid by-product of cheese production.
It can be freeze-dried and turned into powder form,
so it is a natural ingredient in powder form, just for convenience.
It also has much less fat.

Protein powder is mentioned in many articles or web sites of health, nutrition, medecine and exercise.
None of those considers protein powder bad or addictive.

Typically there is nutrition label on the containers of protein powder.
It describes how many grams of protein, carbohydate and fat per serving.
Usually an average person should consume per day about 1g of protein(from all sources) per kg of body weight.
For very active athlete, it can go up to 1.5g or 2g per kg of body weight per day.
It is very easy to measure the quantity and consume it within the proper range.

I also know of many people who triain and consume protein over the years.
They are happy with it and they also train hard and look good.

Now let me review your points.
1. There is no prove from any credible health journal or medical journal that protein powder damages digestive system. Also no report of dependency or addition on protein powder. No negative impact on normal diet.
2. It is very easy to measure and control the amount of protein powder consumption.
Regarding the over-consumption causing problem in kidney, that point is laughable.
Over-consumption of anything, even the popular food(shrimp, roast beef, chicken, pork, cheese,..,) in your suggested buffet restaurants would also cause health problems. Do you now blame shrimp, roast beef, checken, pork?
3. The ingredients of most protein powders come from milk, egg, soy, etc. that are presented in convenient format.  There is nothing unnatural or mysterious there.
4. The consumers of protein powder have poor muscle definition? It is such an absurd comment.. If a person consumes a lot of calories, so he has a lot of fat, then even if the person has a lot of muscle, the muscle would be hidden beneath a layer of fat, so muscle definition will be poor. It has nothing to do with protein powder. It has everything to do with consuming too much calories, which can come from eating too much of anyhing. Remember that protein powder also has calories. If a person thinks that protein powder is a magic cure, and assumes that eating lots and lots of protein powder would automatically makes the person look lie Mr. Universe, then the person is deeply misguided.

I don't like GMO, nor food with massive pesticides.
Where did you read that protein powder is made form GMO or food with massive pesticides?
To equate protein powder with GMO and food with lots of pesticides is just groundless.

In summary I am not trying to convince you to consume protein powder.
I don't sell protein powder, nor own any stock in companies that sell it.

You can eat anything you want to eat.
You can believe whatever you want to believe, regardless of facts or truth.
