. r( Z0 @9 b, t 其实 LZ 的英文 还不错 ，比大多数移民都好 。 但是 用来写诗 （我想大多数 老网民都看过）就 差远了 。 另外还有楼主有点太自信 ，永远听不见别人的意见 。

8 月中旬, 打算和一个沈阳来女人, name REN YU DAN, 从九月中旬起分租一个两室一厅的房子,为了快还学生贷款.
一周后, 我 informed her that I cannot share my appartment with her because I find it is inconvenient. She was angry for my change, then I said to conpensate the inconvenience that I brought to her, I will let her live in my appartment for free from 25 August to 30 August and let her use the internet to look for a proper appartment.

She has a two years little boy, and just come to Montreal for two months. I think she is not easy as a new comer and has a little boy with her, so I tried to help her sincerely. I told her I offered her to live in my appartment for free, and I will return back her 50$ order to her.

She asked for staying in my appartment until 5 September, and not get back her 50 $ order. Means 50$ to stay in my appartment for 11 days i living room. I agreed with her.

9 u& O. E( W& @% d5 a1 DAfter I returned back my home,I found my bed room become a dirty toillet, 她让她儿子在我床上小便, 两年新床垫被她儿子尿成了地图. 打电话给她, 她说 不小心. 由于床垫被尿了至少6滩尿, 非常难闻, 根本无法用. 我必须换新的. 此床垫我在IKEA买的, 税后320$ 多, 但考虑她是新移民, 而且我们还相处不错, 所以要求她只赔我90$, 算搬运路费 人工费. 她居然说 最多洗洗, 绝对不可能赔.
而且,我好意把我儿子的一个汽车玩具给她儿子玩, 那是孩子父亲在北京商场200多人民币买的遥控汽车, 结果她居然不还, 说丢了. 而且口口声声说我不租房给她给她带来了麻烦, 是我违约在先. 问题是 就算我不打算和她分租, 难道她就可以损害别人的东西?

我第一次碰到这么无赖的女人, 好心帮她, 结果她非但不感谢,反而 故意破坏, 让我损失一个近400$.

她把自己当女王一样, 觉得自己大权益才是权益, 别人的利益都微不足道. 口口声声说中国人怎么那个德性, 她自己却做更加丑陋的事!  .

我英语水平自然很一般，如果我英语如母语，那么楼主说的英语再中式，对我亦如浮云一般。 就是水平一般，两可之间，所以才会受影响。
