看完了，就会知道， “根据《法语宪章》的规定，法语是魁北克社会的官方语言”，“在魁北克，讲法语是一项必要的任务”。

如果一个人自己选择来魁北克（这一点，我相信绝大多数这里的人都是“自己选择来的”），却不尊重魁北克的价值观---比如“说法语， 然后反过来要求别人--包括魁北克政府官员来适应你，是一个很幼稚的行为。

加拿大宪章里规定，加拿大是一个“双语国家”，不假， 但在我看来，这个“双语国家”更多的是停留在商品标签上，不信你去多伦多，温哥华大街上，商店里，消费或者接受服务时， 你说说法语看看，有几个人会用法语为你服务？说法语的人在自己国家，就剩魁北克这个地方可以感受到亲切的法语服务了，所以别拿什么“双语国家”来说事，等什么时候，多伦多政府官员和大街上商铺里都能用法语接待消费者再来提不迟，别忘了，很多来加拿大的移民是其他国家的，他们也许只会说法语，想想如果他们去多伦多生活会是如何，按你的逻辑，他们也应该在那里抱怨大家不用法语服务他们，动辄就什么种族歧视，我倒觉得你是歧视法语人士(顺便说一下，魁独，语言歧视，种族歧视，这三个，根本是三个问题，不要混为一谈)。

移民网站上的章节也要认真学习啊。中国人最擅长学习条例了。一切以条例为准。

但是这边法律是可以改了。语言历史也是在慢慢变化中。那个什么７０年魁独以后发行的语言宪章不是被联邦的认定不符合什么宪法精神，正在争议中吗。谁能保证２０年后会成什么样，很难说呢。大家别这么捍卫法语权利了。法语是个NECESSITY，没错，大家其实都会一点，够用了。至少大家看到SORTIE知道是EXIT吧。看到ARRET知道是STOP　SIGN吧。谁想再提高进步，是个人的问题，学无止境。你要觉的对你来说是必须，就学。你觉的对你来说够用了，就不用学了。别要求这么高了。大家出来都不小了，又要工作，挣钱，又要学技能，做家务，英文能说利索就不错了。

大家投票看看，哪个公司是纯法文环境，哪个公司英文为主？
我保证大家工作的以英文为主的公司不少。都要是纯法语环境，大家就更找不到工作了。
至少在MONTREAL这个地方，就是双语的。而且英文移民也是占了相当大的比例。离开MONTREAL这个地方，那真是法语的。

什么法语英文的事也别绝对了，以前我和魁瓜谈过。说你看人家欧州国家，意大利什么的，人人会说几种语言：英、法、意、西、等。看看魁省，法律订的让本地人都快出不了家门了。一辈子在本省呆着吧。（在东区、在LAVAL、在南岸，我都碰到过，那商店买个东西、那CASHIER说英文说的那个费劲啊）
- a& P) V2 z; W( s他说，就是因为人们不执行，越来越弱，所以才会定法。真要人人都愿意说、就没法律了。

碰到一个魁独分子。是挺不高兴的。但是也不是每个说法语的本地人都是魁独。所以别碰到一个个例，就当成规律了。
