The 4th is not a book, it's just a 20 document. It gives you the tips on more than 40 topics. It'll save your time in the test.

I think it include almost the topic you can meet in a test, but it's not a real test examples.

And that's not a bible, you still have to work hard if want to get good score.

I can't call you. But I don't think you'll have time to use the CD, because you'll have your test next Friday. You can goto H481, there is a book as same as one of the books on my CD. That's <<HowToPrepareforTheMichiganTest>>.
  
I don't know your english level. Don't worry about the test if you can do well in TOEFL. the most difficult part is the vocabulary part, so don't waste your time in this part. Try to do your best in GRAMMAR and READING. and try to write a nice organized essay.
