If there is a by-law of this building regarding the public space exclusive to the play yard, this by- law is only as binding as disclosed to u by  the landlord before the lease is signed by both parties,otherwise the landlord can not  restrain your enjoyment of  the common area ,as long as this enjoyment does not constitute an serious obstacle to the majority enjoyment .

我们这楼上挺多中国人都有孩子，也不知道是不是和你住在一个公寓。。如果是就正好让你知道。。经常有大人带着孩子把车库当公园，推个车子，孩子从这头跑那头，玩具车子噼里啪啦响，烦死了。。车库里都是二氧化碳，对你们也不好。。有时遇到2个孩子在一起，2人比着声音大。。到了夏天，这些大人带着孩子有大门楼梯电梯不走，偏偏走后边的安全通道，这房子内阳台，声音散不出去，就更大了。。霹雳巴拉的。。烦死了。。。

如果我恰好说到哪家人，那也就说了。。。这里不是中国，让孩子到处吵闹。。。你们 应该去公园，管理员找你就因为你们家孩子确实吵着别人了。。。
