我的经验：每天早中晚各吃一片维生素B1，坚持吃一个月就会彻底好而且不会复发。 :p

VINEGAR must works.

But you need some more conditions:

1. the solution of the vinegar must be at least 5-6%, so it's better you buy a vinegar acid to add appropriate water.

2. the temperature of the vinegar should be around 40-50 degree C.

3. At least 1hr per day for around 1 or 2 monthes, you will be OK.

I had a kind of tablet (I do not recall the name) prescribed by a doctor at Alexandra clinic. The cost was around $75 for 10-12(?) pills. The "Jiao Qi" problem has gone for few months and has not recurred yet.

The Alexandra clinic is located in Brossard (south shore) closer to Hong Kong bank. I will try to dig out for you guys the name of the tablet. However, you should have doctor's prescription to buy the tablet.
