thanks everybody, after see your reply, i feel better. eventually, i know most of our chinese guys are not crazy. she is strang and i think i would take care my behavior also.i really don`t want get any trouble here since my parents put every hope on me.

我特别同意　ANSWER 和mmoney的意见，对待这种人你就得针尖对麦芒，你千万别让她，我告诉你，上海人就是这个德行，你比她凶，她反而怕了，你要是服软，她会更历害。因为本性上来讲，上海人特别怕事，所以你不用怕她。

我的建议是：你想干什么就干什么，每天至少气她一次，这样过上一周，你会过得特别爽，因为她要么退你租金，要么再也不来烦你。
