几点说明：
1、去古巴是不需要签证的。只需要弄一张观光卡就行。观光卡通常由旅行社负责。如果协和收84元，那就比较黑了。
2、自己去的话，可以去一些老外的旅行社买那种全包的旅游套票，包来回机票、酒店、在酒店内的一日三餐，机场到酒店的交通（只限在古巴）。
3、古巴的阳光地带，一年四季都可以游泳的。老外还特别喜欢在冬季时候去避寒。据说冬季是那边的旅游旺季。

According to my understanding, the $84.00 which Concord charge for Cuba tirp is like this, the airport tax togehter $64.00 which all airticket has to pay. The tourist card for Cuba is $16.00. therefore, the total is $84.00. This is reasonable and no overcharged by Concord Tours. I have checked with other travel agent, they charge the same. This charge is collected by travel agent on behalf of gov't and airline, nothing to do with the travel agent.
