Ask dry cleaning storeSS, most likely they have/know someone who do repair. There are "clothes repair" store too, don't know what is the exact name.

It is $5 in the little store right next to dry cleaning place in the underground tunnel between complexe desjardins and complexe Guy Fa? in Chinatown. The dry cleaning store told me something like $10 or $15, can't remember. Prices really depends on what is needed to be done. Good luck!
