我在申请的时候也遇到同样的问题，似乎并不是很多人有经验。我最后还是选择了等待CSQ的批准，毕竟给大使馆申请材料清单里说的是必须要engagement的原件。魁省的官方网站写明对父母CSQ的批准是最多40个工作日。很幸运的是我的魁省担保申请在递交后一个星期内就批准了，因此几乎没有任何的拖延。

是的。因为在收到被批准的engagement的同时，CSQ也寄了过来，我就把CSQ的复
印件也寄送到大使馆。
