In normal case, if anyone said he/she gets parent's VISA to USA IN MONTREAL recently, he/she is either a very lucky person (go go buy 649) or a cheater (but losing money to USA does no good for himself/herself, why do so?). : v. V/ w3 f7 r& S* A. Y D
