In normal case, if anyone said he/she gets parent's VISA to USA IN MONTREAL recently, he/she is either a very lucky person (go go buy 649) or a cheater (but losing money to USA does no good for himself/herself, why do so?).

+ W& c* w9 F: P  JI mean in normal case. If the old man has a son or daughter in USA, or other relationships, that's another story.

I guess they have no reason to lie to me as this type of answer gives them less business and customers. Of course, I wish they were wrong. The argument here is about fact, not about position.

He/She didn't get VISA but pretended to. Can't you say he/she a cheater? :mad:
