1.如未有太阳卡前,孕妇是否在一回到加国就可申领临时太阳卡临时卡是否如正式卡一样可以让我免于承担高昂的生育费用.

quee, when you arrive Montreal, and with a lease, you can apply for hearlth care card. Normally there will be a 3-month waiting period before you can receive it, but with the receipt you can see doctor in a clinic regarding pregancy free, scuh as routine check, ultrsound in a hospital etc. but not for other exisiting/ new medical condition. It's better you can receive health care card before the due date. which means come to Montreal several months earlier. I am not sure if you can get it free for giving birth to a baby during the waiting period. Call 514-341-1751 if you may have more question.

关于上飞机，8个月以内没问题，如果超过，他们一般会要一份你的医生的证明，说你坐飞机没危险。不过没人知道你到底怀孕几个月，但月份大了，真的是有危险的。

如果你拿的是联邦的移民纸，必须落地后等3个月才能拿到医疗卡。如果是魁省移民可以马上拿到（去年是这样的）。如果没有医疗卡，在这里生孩子是非常昂贵的，你起码要准备2万加元。如果顺产大概1万多吧，但总要多准备一些。象你这样的情况，如果现在一切都很正常，最好赶快来。最好在8个月左右拿到医疗卡。另外，你不会一个人来吧？你LG呢？自己一个人在这里生孩子是非常不现实的。

我今天问了诊所，没有太阳卡，产前预检是40元一次。再三思吧，没有家人的照顾，真的非常辛苦。

关于在加生孩子送回国需买往返机票一事不要错怪加国机场或相关部门。我因去年送孩子回去听说此事并做了咨询，得知并非加国规定，而是国与国之间有协约，对方国要求这方公民须购往返机票而避免移民倾向。至于是否一定这样实施，要看机场工作人员是否较真儿，我买的是单程，而我们夫妇是双程，检票的小姐问我为什么孩子是单程而不随母亲返加，我说是孩子要在外婆家住一阵子，我放假时再接回来。她好象很不理解，但也没说什么，就这么放行了。
