最近De L'Eglise 130 起火，被本地新闻报道了。一个房客被烧死了。现在都还能看到烟熏的窗户没玻璃。千万小心！！！

My heart becomes heavy when I read this post. My condolences to the victim. I also feel pity towards the unfortunate parties who lost their case in lawsuit.

在villa maria地铁附近也有个恶房东，是中国人，叫李全剩，frank,没有一个房客不骂他都，房租高不说，还从来不修理，他有好几处房产，电话是514-369-9986, 416-624-1616，大家一定不能上当了
