Normally, there is an adjustment screw under the hand/emergency/parking brake. But, the challenging part is to access it following a proper procedure. Some US cars need to only remove the hand/emergency/parking brake lever's cover to reach it. Some Japanese cars need to remove more stuff to access it. Once you locate the adjuster of the brake, the job gets much easier.

Does it break in the front cable or the rear cable?

I've checked the four side door switches, they are ok. I think it's probably the hatchback door's problem. I can not find where the switch is.:frown:

one of the door switches is bad, you can check by yourself.

if you are very careful  to check,

that switch   is  inside the frame about under the position of  the latch .

if you cannot do it,   pay me to fix it if the parts is available.

JEEP LIBERTY 2005 接近10W公里。
现在每次加完油后的第2-3天，行驶过程中油表指针会倒转归零，同时需要加油灯亮和CHECK ENGINE灯亮。其实油箱里的油至少还有8成满。熄火再打车，油表指针就变正常了，CHECK ENGINE灯还亮，过个1天 CHECK ENGINE灯也灭了。直到下次加油一直就正常没问题。
请问这个修下来大概要多少钱？不修的话会有什么隐患？
