You can sponsor your fiance or fiancee to immigrate, but the process is really complicated, maybe you will wait for a long time for there are so many couples sponsor their fiance(e) but they didn't marry after their arrival in Canada  from China these years.
The immigratio authority is not moron!!  
If you hope to be quick, just marry first then apply for reunit.

You will receive visa from consulate automatically, no more material!
  Remember you have paid the RPRF(landing fee), or you will have to wait for at least 2-3 more months. Their process is really slow, don avoid any trouble and think for these immigration officer morons!!

I submitted the application for sponsoring my husband in Oct.2002. My husband received the FN and examination form, as well as the application for a CSQ in the end of Jan.2003.

Could you tell me how long it will take to receive the immigration paper if someone had the same situation before? Thanks a lot!   :confused:

请问最近有没有人收到移民纸的，是魁省的夫妻团聚移民。我是11月末体检的，护照12初交到使馆，CSQ 1月中旬才出来，好像所有的材料都齐了。象我这种情况还要等多久啊。
希望最近拿到移民纸的朋友通报一下整个办理的时间。谢谢！
