I bet you do't have any kid, or you are a kid yourself. (how old are you? given situation, LZ had right to fight back, if somebody attcked you, you would call 911, right?)
That was not oral fight (why not? are u a judge?). That's a man insulting a woman. As long as you did not say anything dirty back. The man could be charged with imporper conduct or insulting. At the worst case, the result can be fine, social work, even jail time. Especially, when you are minority and a woman!(are u a kid?

We have 911 for a reason, we pay tax to support it for a reason. The reason is simple: we are going to use it. (do you think you are abusing the system? in this case, police will solve the problem?)

If you were LZ, how do you know the "oral fight" would not go worst and become a physical fight? Do you believe you can beat the man or you think he is such a nice gentleman and wouldn't do that? How can you guarrentee your safety and especailly that of your son's? You think LZ did well as a mother?(If Lz was afraid, she would not fight back. We live in a normal society, we know game rule. You can see many oral fights, but not many physical fights, do u understand? you have millions of reasons to worry about your safety, it is your business. most of people are not. You have good intention to show civilized behaviour to akid, but you don't know how.
"Justice is in your hand." If I were in that situation, I don't care the stupif justice. I only care about three things:
1. I am a victom. (why r u a victim?)
2. My security is important.
3. In this country, I don't perform law.(i don't understand, what do you abide by?)
