想买个 711 speakout， 官网发现魁省并没有， 想问问大家，蒙城有吗？

711 speakout 是预付费，无月租，打进打出都是0.25刀每分钟

There is no 711 store in Quebec, but you can buy one from Ontario and asked to change the number to Montreal.

Pros: $25.00 for a year
Cons: You cannot  add money to your account unless you have friends from Ontario to buy it for you and tell you the code.

Alternative: Petro Canada Wireless which is also sub contractors of Rogers
Alternative2: public mobille 20.00 per month plan to get rid of your landline all together.

非常感谢，我手机主要用来应急用的，不用来打电话
但是数据套餐一定要的，看中711是因为他的10元 data plan, 貌似有人成功应用于大部分的 app.
petro canada 基本都和711差不多，但是他的话费有效期比711短太多
public mobile 不能换卡，不考虑

7-11 Speakout 可以用/转本地 Montreal 号码, e.g. 514

7-11 Speakout - １０刀的数据计划:
DELL VOICE，封了，不可以用。(freephoneline.ca)
GOOGLE VOICE，也封了。
QQ，也封了。
飞信，也封了。

只能浏览网页, and
装TEXTPLUS，可以发免费短信。(www.textplus.com)

7-11 SIM卡可以用在NEXUS。SIM 卡买来后 可以剪成小卡， 如果不会剪可以买个 Micro SIM Cutter（不知从哪卖）， 或者在网上找人剪。有关如何在 Android 手机设置/调整 7-11，可以阅读：
