如果你们孩子上满一年，那么费用是：$35 x 5 x 52 = $9100. 政府有限额是：$7000 / 孩子。也就是说，你们只能拿到：$7000 x 75% = 5250， 而不是 $9100 x 75% = $6825. 所以，最好还是继续寻找便宜点儿的幼儿园。

你们应该能拿到75% 的补贴。也就是35 x 75%= 26.25。 你们自己负担的是 35 - 26.25 = 8.75。

The governement required that you sent kids to daycare because of :
1. working
2. full time study
3. looking for job

The allowed child care amount is choosen from the lowest amount from the following three item:
1. less than 7 years old $7000/child
2. certain percentage of your income
3. child care expense amount such as daycare or camp fee

If your income is zero, then you can not get any refund from 75% of the allowed child care amount.

Of course, if you still apply refund and government didn't check your income tax return, you will get refund. It is depend on your lucky or not.
