刚才阅读 Sinoquebec 文章时，看到 " 。。。政府提出。。。似乎过于赶急"，from https://www.sinoquebec.com/portal.php?mod=view&aid=159957。想到我自己不久前写的联邦儿童牙科福利 (最多 $650)，也是一个太仓促的方案 / 计划。

重要提醒：第一年如果 (牙科费) 花费少于 $650，父母保留余额，无需偿还政府。还没有第 2 年的详细信息，但很可能需要偿还未使用的金额。
