没有社会保险号怎么报税？

我是2002年来的留学生，去办SIN卡没有办成，说是新规定，对留学生从2002年12月起就不给办理SIN卡了，除非你有在学校打工的合同。现在报税单上面需要SIN，不知道怎么办好。谢谢！

i am an international student too, and about this problem, i asked the representative, he told me you should attach a photocopy of your passport and study permit, then in the item of the SIN number, you should fill "Student".

Hurry up, the deadline is April, 30th.
