if my budget is within $15000 cnd, i would like a auto driving, prefer us car, of course it should be a new car.
any suggestion? please.

It's hard to find the price within $15000 when you considering the tax. Two cars I found are very close your spec:
Dodge Neon 2.0 ($14000)
Chevrolet Cavalier($15000)
Ford Focus($15000)
all roughly price, you need contact dealer before final offer
