国内的计算机硕士，现读抗大计算机硕士，能否将国内的课程转到抗大（Transfer Credits)？HELINA说不能，因为学分只能用一次，真是谬论！MCMASTER 和 WATERLOO 好象都不是，就连抗大的本科也可以转学分的啊！研究生转学分又不影响抗大的收入，反而本科转学分就影响抗大的收入的！有没有那位前辈有转学分的经验，或对此规定有了解的，请献身赐教，谢谢。

FYI, Today I talked to the director of ECE department, he suggested me bring the books and description of the courses I had before and talk to him in January, as they are too busy  these days. But generally in principle it's possible to transfer some of the credits. You may talk to the director of your department directly.
