We rented a house, the bathroom ceiling have broken and very dangerous,last week the landlord repair the stove(the stove is one month ago broken), but until NOW the landlord still did not finish the bathroom repair. I am SO angry about this thing!!!,because it have effected the personal normal live. The landlord still ask the rent fees... we are bad luck!

写一个书面的东西,给他,说明需要修理的东西和最后期限,你一定要留一份,给地主一份,说明到了期限不修好,不付房租.到时候,修不好,就可以不付钱.
法律上可以.
