St-Laurent市贸易公司招聘前台/办公室管理人员

The Role:
·        Answer the phone call
·        Welcome the visitors
·        Book hotel, train and fly tickets
·        Office supplies purchasing
·        Send and receive the parcels and order the courier service
·        Control and record all expenses paid by company credit card
·        Office administration
·        Other works if need
The Ideal Candidate:
·        Minimum2 or 3 years’ experience with similar position
·        Proficient computer abilities (Word, Excel, Outlook)
·        Bilingual in English and French,fluent, verbal and written, in both official languages,Chinese is an asset
·        Strong Attention to details
·        The individual must also exhibit an ability to work in an environment with changing priorities
·        Be an effective communicator
·        Team player
·        Quick learner
