BMO又暴监守自盗丑闻，存BMO巨款不翼而飞

10多年前，满地可中文报纸曾报道，有华妇在近唐人街的BMO保险箱内存的三四万现金，不翼而飞了。当时轰动满地可唐人街。

最近有人在在BMO存的八万多存款被银行职员两次划走，扯皮数月无结果：http://www.sinoquebec.com/htdocs ... -E4A406A99A35.shtml

照理说银行是最让人放心放钱的地方，说明BMO的内控有漏洞。

Many years ago when I landed I went in a BMO branch in Toronto, and asked to open an account.

They asked me to show two photos IDs, but I only had my passport, and the landing paper, and that was not enough for them.

So I walked to the other side of the street and opened an account at Scotia Bank.

It's rare that businesses don't want customers, but BMO is certainly one of them
